France has expressed reservations about the text of a trans-party law, which was discussed at the National Assembly on Thursday.
From this Thursday until 9 October, MPs are working on a trans-party bill. However, the long-standing demand for feminist activists does not reach a consensus, in particular because of a place given to the repressive aspect that some consider too important.
As of Thursday in public session, MPs are considering the proposal for a comprehensive law against gender-based and sexual violence. The text, pushed by the community world, raises high expectations, but its scope remains to be confirmed.
