The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has sanctioned two small financial services providers after its inspections found non-compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Vereeniging-based DSL Solutions (Pty) Ltd was fined R200 000. Opes Trust, a business trust in Centurion, was fined R500 000, of which R250 000 was conditionally suspended.
