On Saturday, September 12, CNN confirmed the presence of Ukrainian troops in Africa – they are in Mali, Sudan, and Libya, among other places. Some of them are instructors training Tuareg rebels from the Front for the Liberation of Azawad (FLA), while others are using naval drones to strike the "shadow fleet."
