PORT ALLEN — Capital Area Human Services hosted a free health and back-to-school event on Saturday for residents in West Baton Rouge Parish. Participants at the event, hosted at Williams and Lee Park on North Jefferson Avenue, enjoyed free health and wellness resources, school supplies and free book bags.
