Four ill with sepsis after food poisoning outbreak at Stockholm restaurant
Around 400 guests have been contacted for monitoring after 80 food poisoning complaints; 15 hospitalized with four sepsis cases in an ongoing investigation.

- Initial tracing covered 25–27 September but was widened to include 23–24 September, with about 400 guests who dined between Sept. 23 and 27 contacted for monitoring.
- Food hygiene inspectors found no shortcomings on Monday, at least 15 people are hospitalised and four patients developed sepsis, while inspectors await test results on tasting menu ingredients.
- Jakob Forssmed said the government is conducting extensive nationwide work to track and assist patients, while Maria Rotzén Östlund advised those with fever, vomiting, or diarrhea to visit hospital emergency rooms; most of the dozens affected are not seriously ill.
- Infectious disease specialist Viktor Dahl said case numbers are "unusually high," Coco & Carmen plans to reopen on Oct. 7, and its tasting menu costs 795 kronor.
