JPNN.com - The panel of judges at the Jakarta Corruption Court has sentenced four defendants to guilty in the corruption case of national export financing by the Indonesian Export Financing Agency (LPEI) for the 2015–2020 period, which caused state losses of IDR 992.82 billion.
Four former officials of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution (LPEI) were sentenced to six years in prison each in connection with the alleged corruption case involving national export financing by LPEI from 2015 to 2023.
The Jakarta Corruption Court sentenced four former officials from the Sharia Financing Division of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (LPEI) to six years in prison and a fine of Rp200 million.
The panel of judges determined that the alleged corruption case in the financing of national exports by LPEI in 2015-2023 had caused state financial losses of IDR 992.82 billion.
