Fort Smith City Administrator Jeff Dingman to be paid $215,000 yearly under approved contract | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

FORT SMITH -- City Administrator Jeff Dingman will be paid a base salary that is more than $10,000 higher than that of his predecessor under a contract approved by the Board of Directors on Tuesday.
