An arrest warrant has been issued for a former Ashland man accused of failing to comply with Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law requirements. Jeffrey Michael Carney, 53, of Ashland, was charged by Ashland Police through the office of Magisterial District Judge Edward Tarantelli.
