(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg City Council this week approved the sale of the former Fire Station One at 528 North Ireland Street to Tim and Kelly Koors, who are the owners of Koors Heating and Cooling. They plan to move their HVAC business to the site, which is a high-traffic area and considered a “front door” for the community. Mayor Joshua Marsh says the Koors completed a purchase agreement for $435-thousand, which was about $20-thousand less
