Google has moved the games category for Android Auto and Android Automotive OS from beta to general availability, according to Android Authority. Developers can now publish compatible titles on Google Play, but playing will only be possible when the vehicle is stationary.
Google wants the car screen to serve more than just listening to music, following Google Maps or answering messages. Since yesterday, games for Android Auto and Android Automotive OS officially come out of the beta phase and become available to all developers via Google Play.
