As of April 1, there were 49.6 million residents, of whom 39 million were born in Spain, 31,822 less than in the previous quarter.
The increase is based on the increase of residents born outside Spain that reaches the historical figure of 1,230,748, 14% of the total Cordoba records the largest decrease of residents and together with Huelva are the only provinces that lose population
