Elizabeth Boucher, 24, crashed her Ford Bronco into a parked vehicle, pushing it onto a lawn, and later refused roadside sobriety tests during a DUI investigation by police.
Police video showed Boucher's vehicle striking the parked car with enough force to move it across the lawn, while she downplayed the crash and declined a breath test and field sobriety exercises.
Boucher was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage, possession of a controlled substance, battery by touching, and resisting an officer without violence; she pleaded not guilty and was released from jail with a court date set for October.
During the incident, Boucher expressed concern for her daughter and pleaded with officers not to jail her while refusing to comply with police requests.
