Four companies linked to a former university classmate of President Vladimir Putin won all 39 contracts to supply meals to Moscow schools from 2026 to 2028, the exiled news outlet Vyorstka reported Wednesday.

Putin's one-year student, Ilham Ragimov, and his partners, gained control of the companies that won all 39 food tenders for Moscow schools for the years 2026-2028, reported "Wristka." The contracts totalled 126.7 billion roubles.
