As temperatures bumped up against 80 degrees on Sunday, May 3, a fire broke out three miles southwest of Sisters. The Trout Creek Fire was reported shortly after 3 p.m. at an estimated two acres and grew quickly, estimated at 43 acres by Sunday night.
