Fire level to decrease in Klamath and Lake Counties starting Sept. 22
Agency administrators and fire staff from the South-Central Oregon Fire Management Partnership made the decision to decrease the fire danger level to moderate at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday. The Industrial Fire Precaution Level will also drop to Level I and public use restrictions will be lifted, except within the Klamath River Canyon area.
