According to the Yatsushiro Regional Fire Department in Kumamoto Prefecture, a fire broke out in a chimney at the Nippon Paper Industries Yatsushiro Plant in Jujo-cho, Yatsushiro City, on the afternoon of the 3rd. Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the blaze.
