The plan would fund recruitment, reservist training, drone defense and explosives production as Finland seeks to meet NATO goals and curb debt.

Prime Minister Petteri Orpo said late Wednesday the government would direct increased funds toward military recruitment, reservist refresher courses, drone defense, and explosive production.
