The Ministry of Finance announced Tuesday the launch of a new edition of the FIDELIS program, which will take place from 4-11 September 2026. Investors will be able to buy state bonds in lei, with interest of up to 7.50%, and in euro, with interest of up to 6.30%. For blood donors there will be two special tranches, with lower subscription thresholds.
