Fermi Appoints Larry Kellerman to Board of Directors

On Monday, May 4, 2026, Fermi Inc. appointed Larry Kellerman to the Board of Directors as an independent director, strengthening governance as the company expands its next-generation private grid.
Nominated by an affiliate of Toby Neugebauer, Kellerman brings over 40 years of transformative leadership in the electric power and utility sectors. His deep industry expertise positions him to guide Fermi's strategic execution.
Previously serving as CEO of Atlantic Power & Utilities and Quantum Utility Generation, Kellerman has acted as Head of Power for Fermi since the company's inception, advising on power generation strategy.
