A 38-year-old felon has been charged with exposing himself to a woman he chased in Orange, according to court records obtained Thursday. Rayce Christopher Benfield was charged Tuesday with a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction and a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
