The leader of the largest Spanish opposition party, Alberto Núñez Feijóo of the PP, has called for elections following a heavy defeat for Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez in parliament.
He points out that "the government is in time to rectify" with the decrees
The PP leader denounces the agony of the legislature surrounded by corruption and asks to go to the polls before a weakened and unsupported government.
"I ask this for all the problems that have not yet been solved, but also for all the problems that have arisen and that did not exist in 2018," said Alberto Núñez Feijóo.
The head of the opposition says that housing is the "symbol of failure" of the current government, which "lies" and "does business with confrontation" among the Spaniards.
