[Northern Okinawa] Kazutoyo Arakaki (57), head of the Nago branch of the Naha District Legal Affairs Bureau (pictured right), and Kaori Tomiyama (34), a civil affairs specialist (pictured left), visited the Okinawa Times Northern Branch Office on April 27 to pay their respects upon their appointments. The two assumed their positions on May 1. This is Arakaki's third time serving in Nago, and Tomiyama's first time working there.
