Feds will work with provinces rather than enforce industrial price backstop: environment minister

The federal government is “ready” to apply the industrial pricing backstop to provinces in violation, like Saskatchewan, but “we'd rather find solutions with the provinces” to have their own equivalent system, said Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Nature Julie Dabrusin.
