FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man accused of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank location in Fargo back in August is now facing federal charges. Charges against Jay Barker were filed in North Dakota District Court on September 18. He is facing a felony bank robbery charge. Barker’s jury trial is set for November 18 at 9:00 A.M. in Bismarck.

FARGO (KVRR) – A federal grand jury has indicted a man accused of robbing a downtown Well Fargo Bank on August 1. Sixty-six year-old Jay Douglas Barker appeared on Friday in U.S. District Court in Fargo. Barker is charged with one count of felony bank robbery. State charges against Barker were earlier dismissed.
