The former President Michel Temer (MDB) said this afternoon that he proposed the inelectibility for eight years of the people involved in the attacks on 8 January 2023. The proposal was made to Federal Member Paulinho of the Force (Solidariade-SP), rapporteur of the Act of Anistia in the House of Deputies. According to the former Commissioner, in an interview with the CNN, the proposal would be amended by Article 14 of the Federal Constitution.
