Farmers in the Basarabeasca district came out to protest with agricultural machinery. Ten units were parked on the coast of the Cimishlia-Basarabeasca road, near the village of Abaclia. Farmers are asking for 8% VAT for cereals and oilseeds, an extension of the import license and a refund of excise duty for the diesel fuel supplied in the second half of last year.
