Petrobras' director of exploration and production, Sylvia Anjos, said that Exxon will have to initiate environmental licensing process, together with the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (Ibama), for block drilling in the Amazon Foz Basin in which the state is partner and the American, operator.
