My friend Aleksandar lives in Berlin and, as a German citizen, he voted in the elections there a few days ago. His impression and thoughts on parallels, ie. the lack of the same with the way the elections in Serbia have looked since 2012. to this day, they are astonishing, especially when we remember the last local elections, e.g. Kosjerić.
