Espanola Elks resume monthly meetings after summer hiatus

Members of the Espanola Elks convened Wednesday, Sept. 10 for their first meeting back after summer break. At the top of the agenda was appreciation for the community support in helping the club raise sufficient funds to install a much needed air conditioner in the kitchen. Volunteers were finally able to cook in reasonable temperatures during the summer months, where before they had struggled in the heat.
