On Saturday, England winger Bukayo Saka missed training to follow an individualized program ahead of the team's World Cup match against Ghana.
England coach Thomas Tuchel is carefully managing the 24-year-old's workload due to a nagging Achilles injury that has limited Saka's participation since the tournament began.
Saturday's training session at Swope Soccer Village featured guests from the Kansas City Royals and Louis Cardinals, while Trevoh Chalobah joined full training after replacing injured teammate Tino Livramento.
Though currently a doubt for Tuesday's match in Foxborough, Tuchel remains hopeful the Arsenal winger will be fit to complete 90 minutes against Panama.
