Encinitas Oktoberfest marks 30th anniversary Sept. 27

For three decades, lederhosen, bratwurst and steins have shared space with the coastal character of Encinitas each fall. That tradition returns Sunday, Sept. 27, when the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce hosts the 30th annual Encinitas Oktoberfest and Artisan Faire along Mountain Vista Drive.
