Elizabethton native helps Navy’s submarine force stay mission-ready

Petty Officer 1st Class Jacob Holtsclaw, a native of Elizabethton, Tennessee, serves in the U.S. Navy assigned to Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB) at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, Washington, the homeport of West Coast ballistic-missile and guided-missile submarines.
