The Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) rejected the appeal lodged by the People's Assembly of Gagauzia and maintained the conclusion of the Court of South Appeal by which several decisions relating to the organisation of regional self-government elections were suspended. The CSJ decision was pronounced on 29 April 2026 and is irrevocable.
