The elections in Kraków were not decided in the first round. If exit polls are to be believed, it's already clear who lost the Kraków elections: the right wing. This doesn't mean, however, that supporters of Donald Tusk's government have reason to celebrate.
Łukasz Gibała achieved the best result in the first round of the early elections for mayor of Krakow. According to an Ipsos exit poll, he secured 36.6 percent of the vote. He advanced to the second round alongside Monika Piątkowska. Krakow residents will decide the outcome of the race on October 11th.
