A 65-year-old man from Namanolo Village under Traditional Authority Amidu in Balaka District has died in what police suspect to be a case of suicide. The deceased, identified as John Juwao, was found dead in a bush near his home at Mawira in Liwonde Township after going missing earlier in the day.
