On May 6, 2026, a new catering production plant was inaugurated at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport, operated by TAMAM (Taasiyot Mazon Matosim), a company of the EL AL Group. The plant is one of the most modern in the world and is the largest of its kind in the area of kosher board catering.
According to El Al, a new catering production plant has been opened at Tel Aviv Airport. The plant of the subsidiary Tamam covers about 14,000 square meters and has a daily production capacity of around 50,000 meals – more than twice as much as the previous plant.
