EDITORIAL: Crack down on traffic scofflaws

With traffic deaths on the rise statewide, Gov. Josh Green has issued an executive order calling for improvements in Hawaii’s traffic safety efforts and more protection for “vulnerable” road users including pedestrians, bicyclists and motorcyclists.
