Eastern Washington University Found to Allow Transgenders in Female Dressing Rooms

In Section 5 of the policy, Eastern Washington University states it "allows individuals the use of gender segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms that are consistent with that individual’s gender identity.” EWU’s bathroom policy includes specific provision, allowing men to dress in women’s locker rooms.
