VENTURA - Drew Sweers, Project Engineer with Veenstra & Kimm recently updated the Ventura City Council on the East Lake Street Recreational Trail Project. Sweers reported that Alliant Energy is working on underground utility installations. The old utility poles will be removed in April or May.
