Dzmitry Viarbitski didn't hesitate for a moment when he saw a woman drive her car into the Eindhoven Canal on a Friday morning in January. He dived in after her, and on Wednesday he received a silver medal for his rescue on behalf of the Royal Society for the Rescue of Drowning Victims (KMRD).
