The police in Brazil arrested a Dutchman and a Colombian woman on Friday on suspicion of international human trafficking, rape, hostage taking, and the “unlawful recording of sexual acts.” According to the Brazilian Federal Police, the Dutchman and his Colombian partner held a Filipino woman captive in a rented holiday home in Florianópolis and systematically raped and sexually abused her, also filming the abuse.
