Schulenberg says Mason has 90 days following his termination to appeal to the Circuit Court of Kanawha County. If there is an adverse decision, either party can appeal to the Intermediate Court of Appeals in roughly 30 days, and if there is an adverse decision against either party in the intermediate court, the party who suffers an adverse action can then appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
