A desktop music (DTM) composition contest, where music is created using computers and smartphones, will be held in August. It is open to junior and senior high school students residing in Okinawa Prefecture. DTM Okinawa (representative: Yo Yasuda, pictured left) is organizing the event, and submissions are being accepted until July 31st. Participation is free. This will be the third year the contest has been held.
