PARTIZÁNSKE - Police officers from Partizánske have charged a 47-year-old driver with endangerment under the influence of an addictive substance. He had more than three per mille of alcohol in his breath and was also using a mobile phone while driving. Trenčín regional police spokeswoman Petra Klenková informed about this.
