Attorney General Gentner Drummond is asking that Governor Kevin Stitt and Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) Director Tim Gatz to seek a waiver in awarding contracts under the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program.
