A drug trafficker who investigators said sold fentanyl and heroin to communities ranging from White Center to Mount Vernon has been sentenced to 7½ years in prison after pleading guilty, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.The sentence follows a multi-month investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Precinct 4 Special Emphasis Team, based out of Burien.
