The Ministry of Interior announced that in operations conducted by the Gendarmerie in 28 provinces targeting drug dealers and illegal cannabis cultivation, 104 kilograms of drugs and 294,000 drug pills were seized, and 2.2 million cannabis and skunk plants were destroyed. Of the 96 suspects apprehended in the operations, 69 were arrested, while judicial control measures were applied to 27 others.
