THC Drug Eliminated Nightmares for over a Third of PTSD Patients in German Trial

Researchers found dronabinol stopped nightmares in 37% of PTSD patients, compared with 15% on placebo, in a 10-week trial.

The 10-week study of the drug dronabinol is believed to be the first of its kind to study the drug’s impact on PTSD-related nightmares.
