The possibility of presenting a driving licence and a vehicle registration certificate (VTS) in digital format in the Max Massier will be available in the Russian Federation shortly, announced on Monday by the Ministry of Information's press service. "The drivers will be able to present the driver's QR code for the driver's licence and the vehicle's ITS inspector at the Mah Massger.
Russian drivers will be able to submit electronic rights and a certificate of registration of the vehicle to the DIDD Inspector through the national Max platform, and the Government has approved the relevant amendments to the Traffic Regulations.
