Downtown Rockland takeout food stand sold to new owner

A Thomaston man has purchased a small commercial downtown Rockland property where takeout stands have operated for years. Christian Pavesi purchased 346 Main St. on March 5 from Stephen and Leling Carroll for $215,000. Pavesi recently moved to Thomaston from Nantucket.
